General refund logic
Refund eligibility usually depends on whether the eSIM has been installed, activated, connected to a network, or used.
An unused and not-yet-installed eSIM is easier to review for refund than an installed or activated eSIM because providers may treat installed profiles as consumed inventory.
What to send support
Contact support with your order email, destination, plan name, reason for refund, and whether the eSIM was installed or used.
If there was a technical issue, include screenshots of cellular settings and any error messages.
