Payment failed or I was charged

What to do if checkout fails, you see a pending charge, or your order does not appear after payment.

If checkout fails

Confirm your payment method supports online and international transactions. Try another card or payment method if available.

Do not repeat payment many times if your bank already shows a charge. Wait a few minutes and check your order history.

If you were charged

Some failed attempts appear as pending authorizations and are automatically released by the bank. Timing depends on the bank.

If the charge is captured but no order appears, contact support with the payment reference, amount, time, and account email.
