Your purchase details and support communication may be linked to your email address. Keep your email account secure with a strong password.
Do not forward QR codes or installation details to people you do not trust.
When contacting support
Send the order email, destination, plan name, device model, and relevant screenshots. Do not send full payment card numbers.
Support may ask for screenshots of cellular settings to diagnose setup or connection issues.
