Can I delete or reinstall my eSIM?
Understand why deleting an eSIM can permanently remove access and when support may need to issue guidance.

Do not delete unless necessary
Many eSIM profiles can only be installed once. If you delete the eSIM from your device, it may not be possible to reinstall the same profile.
If you are troubleshooting, try airplane mode, restart, APN check, and network selection before deleting anything.
Changing phones
Most travel eSIMs cannot simply be moved from one device to another after installation.
If you need to change phones, contact support before removing the eSIM from the original device.
