Troubleshooting

Why is my eSIM not connecting?

A practical checklist for no service, no internet, roaming, APN, and manual network selection issues.

Start with the basics

Confirm you are physically in a covered country, the eSIM is installed, and it is selected as the mobile data line.

Turn on Data Roaming for the eSIM. Travel eSIMs usually require roaming because they connect through partner networks.

Refresh the network

Turn airplane mode on for 30 seconds, turn it off, then wait a few minutes. If that does not work, restart your phone.

If automatic network selection fails, manually select a supported local network from your cellular settings.

Check APN settings

Most eSIMs configure APN automatically. If your plan details show a specific APN, enter it exactly as written.

After changing APN, restart mobile data or reboot your device.
