How to configure APN settings

Find and update APN settings on iPhone and Android when your eSIM requires manual APN configuration.

When APN matters

APN tells your device how to access mobile data on the provider network. Many eSIM profiles set it automatically, but some require manual entry.

Only use the APN shown in your plan details or support instructions.

Where to enter APN

On iPhone, open Cellular, choose the eSIM line, then Cellular Data Network if available. On Android, open the eSIM network settings and look for Access Point Names.

Enter the APN exactly. Leave username and password blank unless your instructions include them.
